Cancellation Policy
I kindly request a 48 hour notice for cancellations OR any changes to an appointment. A 24 hour notice is REQUIRED to avoid any cancellation fees. You will be charged 100% of your scheduled service fee to protect my time and others if not cancelled, changed or rescheduled a minimum of 24hrs prior to appointment time and for ‘No Shows’. This includes illness or any reason provider deems necessary to decline service for health and safety reasons.
If you are more than 10 minutes late for your scheduled appointment time, you will be marked a 'No Show' and charged in full for that appointment time slot before being able to reschedule. Please do not mistake this for permission to be late any amount. Everyone's time is valuable. If you are coming for a new service of any type, please arrive at least 5 minutes early for paperwork. Thank you for your understanding!
